Have spent a relaxed time in Puerto Natales so far. Ended up dining with some very dry, amusing British chaps last night and laughed until I cried and my sides hurt. I haven´t laughed like that in a few weeks, so it felt GREAT.
Just got an email from the chica I´m supposed to trek with tomorrow. She missed the bus from Calafate this morning, so she´s stuck there for another day. To wait for her or to go on. That is my question now. I think it might be easy enough to find others to hike with, so I´m going to go looking. We´ll see. I´m pretty ready to get going tomorrow.
Slept like a rock last night, despite being in a room with seven other people, and had an incredible breakfast this morning. The owner of the hostel actually made me an omelet! AND, he had peanut butter on the table. Peanut butter is non-existent in Argentina. Maybe things are different over here in Chile.
Okay, have decisions to make now, so I´m gonna go try to make them. Enjoy the pics and have a great weekend. Much love.
